K12 Inc. Announces Resignation of John F. Baule

HERNDON, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 16, 2009-- K12 Inc. (NYSE: LRN) is announcing that John F. Baule, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer, will resign from the Company effective October 31, 2009.

“I’ve enjoyed working for K12 for the past five years,” said Baule. “It’s been an honor to be a part of a company that has done, and will continue to do, so much good for children, families and educators. Although this was a difficult decision, I believe it’s the right time for me to pursue new professional challenges. K12 is an outstanding company and I’m confident it will continue to thrive as a leader in the education industry.”
