K12 Inc. (NYSE: LRN) is announcing that John F. Baule, Chief Operating
Officer and Chief Financial Officer, will resign from the Company
effective October 31, 2009.

Baule. “It’s been an honor to be a part of a company that has done, and
will continue to do, so much good for children, families and educators.
Although this was a difficult decision, I believe it’s the right time
for me to pursue new professional challenges. K12 is an

leader in the education industry.”
