HERNDON, Va., Mar 30, 2010 (BUSINESS WIRE) --K12 Inc. (NYSE:LRN), the nation's largest provider of proprietary

through high school, announced today it will host an Investor Day for
analysts and institutional investors on Tuesday, April 13, 2010 in
Chicago.
Ron Packard, CEO and Founder, along with other members of senior
management will make presentations on the Company's business, curriculum
and instruction. The presentations will begin at 10:00 AM (CT) and
conclude by approximately 2:00 PM (CT).
