Summit
HERNDON, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Apr. 17, 2018--
K12 Inc. Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors,
Nate Davis, ranks number one on The
Edvocate’s 2018 EdTech 20: a global annual ranking of leading
industry influencers.
“Mr. Davis is the person responsible for K12’s meteoric rise over the
last decade,” said Matthew Lynch, Editor of The Edvocate.
“Influencers are well-known throughout the EdTech landscape and have a
global impact. K12’s ability to deliver personalized learning at scale
to over 2,000 schools and districts makes Mr. Davis the obvious choice
to top our list this year.”
Davis will share insights gained over the nearly ten years he has served
in leadership positions at K12 Inc. at the ninth annual ASU + GSV
Summit. Entitled, “Personalized
Learning 2.0: What We’ve Learned and Where We’re Headed,” Davis will
also preview the innovations that will transform learning for online and
blended students in the near future. Davis will be joined by K12 Inc.
President of Academics, Policy, and Schools, Kevin P. Chavous, who will
deliver an introduction.
“A one-size-fits-all approach to education isn’t the answer for serving
the diverse needs of all students,” said Davis. “Kevin and I are excited

immersive learning, among other technologies, will engage students like
never before, regardless of zip code.”
