AP Courses Now Available for Students at a Dozen U.S. Tutoring Centers

forces to make Advanced Placement® (AP®) courses accessible to more
students around the nation. This unique partnership makes C2 Education
the first K through 12 tutoring company in the U.S. to leverage K12’s
innovative technology platforms to expand its Advanced Placement
offerings.

High school students benefit significantly from the competitive edge
that Advanced Placement courses deliver. Research
from the College Board also shows AP students are more likely to
complete their degrees on time, saving the costs of a fifth year of
college, which can range in price from $20,000 to $45,000. Conversely,
of students who don’t take AP courses, only 30 percent complete their
college degrees in four years. Many students lack access to AP courses,
either because their schools don’t offer them, or because students may
not qualify for the courses at their high school.
